CASWELL BUS BARNS

The Caswell Bus Barns project is an adaptive re-use development of the old Saskatoon Transit buildings. The City remediated the property in 2020 which we purchased in 2024. The main goal of the project is to provide the South Caswell Hill Community with a unique mixed-use building that supports local arts and culture, and provides common space for the community. The commercial condo structure has been pre-sold to Summer Players performance theatre group, Wallace Krueger Architects, SoundLabs, and numberous artist studios. Leased spaces include YMCA Daycare and a restaurant. The established community of Caswell Hill is highly invested in the outcome of this property and the goal is to enhance the neighbourhood by providing a vibrant hub for creative culture, shopping, and community amenities.

The Caswell Commercial condominium will be a strata-owned building, attracting interest from medical and health professionals.
